Refund policy

Our 15-day money-back guarantee gives you time to ensure you're 100% happy with your purchase at Mar Amoli.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 15 calendar days after delivery, as long as you contact us at mar.amoli@hotmail.com within that timeframe. All items must be returned within 30 calendar days from receipt and must not have been altered in any way. This policy does not cover damages caused by sun exposure, misuse, or accidents. If your return doesn't fit within these guidelines but you still wish to discuss it, please reach out to us at mar.amoli@hotmail.com.

**If you need to cancel an already shipped order, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the products must be in perfect condition.

If you receive damaged or defective products that don't match their sale description, you can return them within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange, and we will cover any additional shipping costs. Please send a photo of the damaged items to mar.amoli@hotmail.com with your order number so we can contact you as soon as possible to offer a solution.

For the return process, all returns will be processed within 15 calendar days following delivery. To initiate a return, ensure the items meet the above requirements, email us at mar.amoli@hotmail.com for a return postal address and further instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, if they pass our quality review, you will receive a refund of the purchase cost (excluding the original shipping cost) directly to the account you used for the purchase, confirmed by an email.
