Shipping policy
Where in the US do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within the entire area of the continental USA. We are working to be able to bring our product to other parts of the American Continent.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed within the next 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following week.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our delivery times are 3 to 5 business days, as long as delivery is available. Please note that the approximate delivery dates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date the order is placed.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship all our orders through the postal service that gives us the best price among the following brands: Fedex, UPS, and USPS.
What are the shipping costs? Currently, we have 3 types of shipping for the Mexican Republic:
- Free Standard Shipping - $0 USD (for orders above $50 USD)
- Standard Shipping – $9.99 USD
*Express purchases made on Fridays are shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
*Orders are shipped on business working days.
