Cancellation policy

Welcome to Mar Amoli's subscription service, where we offer the convenience of receiving your favorite natural cosmetic products on a regular and scheduled basis. This policy sets out the terms under which our subscription service operates, ensuring a clear understanding between us and our valued subscribers.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

By subscribing to Mar Amoli, you will receive repeated deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay upfront.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order, from where you can manage your subscription.

PRE-ORDERS

When placing a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or soon to be available but not yet in our inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund. See our return policy for more details.

TRY BEFORE YOU BUY

When you purchase an item with the try before you buy option, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a certain period of time to decide if you want to keep the item. Once the period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method the full amount.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

For changes to the subscription or cancellations, we recommend doing so at least 48 hours in advance of the next scheduled delivery to avoid unnecessary charges. In case of damaged or defective products, we offer replacements or full refunds if reported within 7 days after receipt. We reserve the right to modify subscription terms, with prior notice to our subscribers.
